3) Free site hosting

4) Project location

6) Virtual and cloud servers (VPS)
VPS (Virtual Private Server) works as a dedicated server, but on a mutual space. In other words, the hardware is shared, but the software is installed by the user. This includes the operating system and the page server.
The VPS is suitable for those who want personal customization, such as the Node + Nginx system, which is difficult to find in mutual access. Here is a comparison of the proposals.

The choice depends in part on what is needed for storage or traffic. Space is important for sharing images or videos, but for any other web application it is rather the maximum speed. These are the starting configurations. In most cases, you can increase power without reinstalling the system.
7) Tips for co-hosting a website
Statistics - If your hosting does not offer statistics, but offers PHP, simple software such as Visitors allows you to implement a page statistics system yourself. See also the list of statistical tools for the finished software.
Make a choice - depending on whether the hoster sets a limit on the number of simultaneous connections, the number of hits (downloaded items) or the maximum throughput, you need to reduce either the number, or the number of pages, or the number of downloads.
Forum and FAQ - Before contacting a hoster, especially if they are not on the list above, start by viewing their forum and chat.
In any case, try searching Google or another engine with the keywords hoster name and "scam" or "problem."
MySQL - the number of simultaneous allowed queries varies from 3 to n depending on the sentence level.
